Grandma’s mug cake ready for the oven in 3 minutes

Ingredients:

200 g raisins

300 g wheat flour type 405

2 teaspoons of baking soda

200g sugar

200g margarine

3 eggs

100 g almond slivers

2 tbsp breadcrumb flour

preparation

Preparation:1. Scald the raisins sheet cake in good time with boiling water and allow to drain.

2. It is best to let it sit overnight, preheat the oven to 180 degrees C, and mix wheat flour type – 405 with baking powder and sugar for the sheet cake dough.

3. Now knead in the margarine and eggs. Mix the almond slivers and then the drained rum raisins into the dough. Grease half a baking tray measuring approximately 34 x 24 cm.
