Preparation

 

First, mix the flour and salt together. Then make a well in the middle of the mixture. Crumble the yeast into the well and add a little sugar and milk. Now just mix in a small amount of flour so that the dough can rise for 15 minutes.

Continue kneading the dough until it is smooth and finally add the whisked egg and milk mixture.
Leave to rise for an hour.

Then add a little oil to the pan and roll the bread around so that they do not stick together.
Let the dough rise for another 15 to 20 minutes. Preheat the oven to 210 degrees Celsius and bake the bread for 20 to 30 minutes.
