GRANDISIMO TORTA: A sumptuous delicacy with 3 different fillings – for everyone’s taste

CRUST:
For this recipe you will need 18 egg whites, 18 tablespoons of sugar, 24 cups of ground hazelnuts, 3 tablespoons of flour and 6 cups of cocoa.
FIL:
For the recipe you will need 18 egg yolks of powdered sugar, a total of 250 g, together with 2 pieces of margarine, 100 g of chopped hazelnuts, 100 g of melted chocolate, 2 teaspoons of coffee and 400 ml of sweet cream.
Icing:
The recipe requires 300 milliliters of sweet cream and 300 grams of chocolate.

Preparation

CRUST
Beat 6 egg whites and 6 spoons of sugar until foamy, then mix in 8 spoons of ground hazelnuts, 2 spoons of cocoa and 1 spoon of flour. Continue baking the crust.
Prepare two more crusts identical to this one.
FILLING:
Mix 18 egg yolks with 250 g of powdered sugar and steam the mixture to make the filling. When the filling is cooked, leave it to cool before adding it to 2 pieces of whipped margarine. Mix the filling and margarine well.
The filling can be divided into three portions. Add 100 g of melted chocolate to the first portion. For the second portion, add 100 g of chopped hazelnuts. Finally, add 2 teaspoons of coffee to the third portion. Continue to whip 400 ml of sweet cream.
