Ingredients
Floor:
100 g hazelnuts
100g almonds
150 g butter, soft
120g sugar
4 eggs
1 pinch of salt
1 teaspoon Baking powder
1.5 tsp gingerbread spice
Cherries:
1 glass of cherries, drained
200 g mulled wine or punch (see tip)
40g starch
Aside from that:
500 g cream
2 packs of cream stiffener
4 gingerbread cookies
If necessary, chocolate flakes, gold powder…

Put the gingerbread in pieces in the mixing bowl and chop for 5 seconds/speed 5 and transfer.
Base:
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees O/U and prepare a springform pan or stone pan
