Garlic bread braids: the right recipe for every dish

How to prepare garlic bread braids

Mix flour, salt, milk powder, milk, water, egg, yeast and sugar.

Knead well and add the butter.
Let rise for 1 hour.
Divide the dough into 16 balls, place on the baking tray and let rise for 20 minutes.
Roll out 2 balls into strips and intertwine them.
Prepare more braids and let them rise for 20 minutes.
Mix butter with salt, garlic and parsley.
Brush the braids with the beaten egg, pour the garlic butter over them and sprinkle the grated cheese on top.
Bake for 12 minutes at 190°C.
Advice
Cover the dough to help it rise better.
storage
Store the garlic bread braids in the pantry: they will stay soft for a couple of days.
