Fried egg cake Grandma’s style

Ingredients:

200 g margarine
200 g sugar
200 g flour
4 egg(s)

1 pack baking powder
1 liter pudding (vanilla pudding), cooled
4 cups sour cream
2 can/s apricot(s)
½ liter cake icing, clearer

Preparation:

1. First mix margarine, sugar, eggs, flour and baking powder to form a smooth dough and spread on a deep baking tray.

2. Then bake at 200 °C for 15-20 minutes.

3. Now mix the cold pudding with the sour cream and spread it on the cake. Then place the drained apricots on top, leaving some space between them.
