Fresh orange dessert with whipped cream recipe

Ingredients:

For the dough:
4 eggs
8 tbsp hot water
200g sugar
200g flour
For the orange layer:
1 liter of Fanta or orange juice
6 tbsp sugar
3 packs of vanilla flavored pudding powder
On top:
750 ml milk
6 tbsp flour
2 tbsp cornstarch
200g sugar
125g butter
2 packs of whipped cream

Preparation:

Separate eggs. Beat the egg yolks and sugar until foamy and gradually add hot water. In another bowl, beat the egg whites until stiff and carefully fold the egg whites into the egg mixture. Finally add the flour. Place the dough on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake in a preheated oven at 180 °C for about 20 minutes.
Put the orange juice or Fanta (800 ml) in a saucepan, add the sugar and bring to the boil, stirring, until the sugar has dissolved. Mix the pudding powder into the remaining 200 ml of orange juice and add it to the pot. Cook until thick. Spread the still hot pudding on the dough base and let everything cool down.
