Foamy Fanta cake, it couldn’t be quicker

Ingredients:

220 g sugar
approx. 420 g peaches/cherries
460 g flour
1 teaspoon baking powder

 

5 dl Fante
5 eggs
50 ml oil
1 pack of vanilla sugar

Preparation:

1. This is how it works: First, mix the sugar, eggs and vanilla sugar with a mixer until foamy for about 5 minutes.
2. Then add the sifted flour to the mixture, baking powder and stir everything in. Now add oil and Fanta. Mix everything well.
3. Now spread the dough onto a 25 x 40 cm diameter baking tray lined with baking paper and then place the fruit cubes evenly.
