My grandmother is not only a proposition for Easter, but also for any occasion. I prepared my babka within 30 minutes and was ready to bake it. I topped it with chocolate icing because that was the way I liked it with this cake. It is super delicious and I encourage you to bake it, you will be satisfied.
Ingredients:
1 butter or margarine
1 cup of sugar
5 eggs
2 cups of wheat flour
1 heaping teaspoon of baking powder
2 tablespoons of 18% cream
1.5 tablespoons of cocoa
2 teaspoons of vanilla sugar
For the topping:
10 dkg of butter
3 tablespoons of sugar
2 tablespoons of cocoa
1 teaspoon of gelatin
almond flakes
How to make a fluffy bun?
I creamed the margarine and sugar until fluffy.
While mixing, I added one egg at a time.
