Fluffy pan buns

Soft Skillet Buns are a recipe for soft and fluffy buns that are pan-fried for a slightly crispy exterior.

This recipe is easy to prepare and requires only a few ingredients, making it an ideal choice for a quick breakfast or a tasty side dish for dinner.


235 ml (1 cup) milk 245 ml (1 cup) water 1 teaspoon sugar 10 g dry yeast 1.5 teaspoons salt 4 tablespoons olive oil 620 g (5 cups) flour (all-purpose) 1 clove garlic 50 g (1/4 cup) butter Parsley


Mix all the ingredients and knead the dough. Let rise for 1 hour.

Divide the dough into 16 pieces. Form balls. Let rise for 30 minutes.

Spread the cakes and fry them in a preheated pan.

Mix oil with garlic and parsley. Grease each bread with this mixture.
