Empty the tomatoes with a spoon.
Finely chop the onion and fry it in a pan with a little olive oil.
Also add the chopped peppers.
Cook over medium heat for about 3-4 minutes.
Now mix the meat and tomato paste.
Season with all spices, then add tomato paste and freshly chopped parsley.
Cook, stirring occasionally, until all liquids have evaporated.
Fill the tomatoes with grated mozzarella cheese and the meat mixture.
Place the tomatoes on a baking tray, add some olive oil to the bottom and bake at 180° for 20-25 minutes.
Now add some mozzarella, olive oil and dried oregano on top.
Bake for another 15 minutes.
