1 package of frozen puff pastry
1 egg
500 ml cream
1 p. cream stiffener
500g jam or other fruit of your choice
Preparation
First, preheat the oven to 225°C.
Line baking sheets with baking paper.
Now defrost the puff pastry and cut it so that you have a divisible amount (10-12 pieces).
Then brush the dough pieces with beaten egg.
Bake for 20-30 minutes until they have the desired browning.
