Fantastic Nutella cream cake

Ingredients:

For the cream
500 ml whole milk
4 egg yolks
100 g sugar
50 g flour
1 vanilla sugar
For the dough
200 g flour
100 g sugar
100 g butter
4 eggs
100 ml milk
200 g dark chocolate
8 g sweet yeast
To garnish
100 g Nutella
chocolate drops

Preparation:

First we prepare the cream that we need to fill our CAKE WITH NUTELLA.
Prepare the mixture
Add the chocolate to the bowl along with the butter and milk, dissolve and set aside and allow to cool.
We separate the egg whites from the yolks
Beat the egg whites with the mixer for 7 minutes and set aside.
Add the egg yolks and sugar to the bowl and beat with the mixer for 10 minutes. Add the melted chocolate and continue beating. Add the sifted flour and the baking powder/yeast one by one and mix everything with a spatula from top to bottom.
