Fantastic Marlenka honey cake with sour cream

Ingredients

For the cake batter:
160g butter​
180g honey​
1.5 teaspoons baking soda

4 eggs
1 pinch of salt
150g powdered sugar
250 g flour

For the fine cream:
700 g sour cream
150g powdered sugar
1 packet of vanilla sugar

Instructions

Melt the butter and honey in a saucepan. Once the mixture begins to simmer, stir in the baking soda. After about two minutes, when the combination has reached an attractive brown color, remove from the heat. Please note that it is advisable to use a larger pot to prevent overflow. As soon as the baking soda is added, a foaming effect is created. Allow the mixture to cool to room temperature. In the meantime, beat the eggs, powdered sugar and a pinch of salt
