Ingredients:
For the sprinkles:
350g flour
120g sugar
1 pack of vanilla sugar
250g butter
For the filling:
220 g cream
800 g quark, lean level
150g sugar
1 pack of vanilla sugar
1 tbsp lemon juice
3 eggs
80 g cornstarch
80 g butter, melted
Preparation:
First, process the ingredients for the streusel using the dough hook, kneading by hand if necessary.
Then put about 2/3 of the streusel into a greased springform pan and press it down. Now bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 10 – 15 minutes.
Now whip the cream until stiff for the filling. Now stir the remaining ingredients together until smooth and fold in the cream.
