Fantastic coconut cake with vanilla pudding

Ingredients

For the dough: (1 cup = 200 ml)
1/2 cup melted butter
1 pack of baking powder
2 pcs. eggs
1 cup of milk
2 cups of flour
1 cup of powdered sugar
For the topping:
half a cup of sugar
half a cup of grated coconut
2 pack of vanilla pudding powder
1 liter of milk

Preparation

This is how it works: 1. First beat the eggs and sugar until foamy, add melted butter and finally fold in sifted flour with baking powder.
2. Then place the dough on a butter-greased baking tray with high sides and sprinkle with a coconut-sugar mixture.
3. Now bake in a preheated oven at 190 °C for about 20 minutes. Don’t let it out of your sight because it shouldn’t get too brown.
