Fantastic banana cake from the tray, an absolute dream!

Preparation:

Banana layer:
Spread the cooled cake thinly with jam.
Cut the bananas into even slices and spread them close together on the jam base.

Vanillepudding-Creme:
Pour the milk into a saucepan and bring to the boil. Mix the vanilla pudding powder with the sugar in a small amount of cold milk until smooth and stir into the boiling milk. Bring the pudding to the boil, stirring constantly, until it thickens.
Allow the hot pudding to cool slightly, then add the butter to the still warm pudding mixture and stir well until a smooth cream is formed.
Spread the pudding-butter cream evenly over the banana slices and smooth it out.
Chocolate glaze:
Melt the chocolate glaze according to the instructions on the packet and pour it evenly over the vanilla pudding cream. The glaze should cover the entire cake.
Refrigerate the cake so that the chocolate glaze sets.
Serve:
Cut the cake into equal pieces and enjoy. The contrast between the chocolate dough, the sweet bananas and the creamy vanilla pudding layer is a real treat.
Tip:
For even more flavor, you can refine the chocolate icing with a few drops of rum or vanilla flavor.
