Fantastic banana cake from the tray, an absolute dream!

Chocolate banana cake with vanilla pudding

Ingredients:

5 Owner
2 El Kakao
750 ml milk
2 Pck. Vanillepuddingpulver
250 g Butter
3 tablespoons sugar
jam as desired
6 large bananas
1 pack of chocolate glaze
180 g icing sugar
125 ml
280 g flour
2 teaspoons of baking soda

Preparation:

Dough preparation:
In a large mixing bowl, beat the eggs and icing sugar until fluffy. Then slowly add the oil and continue stirring.
Mix the flour, baking powder and cocoa and carefully fold into the egg mixture until you have a homogeneous batter.
Bake:
Place the finished dough on a greased baking tray or one lined with baking paper and spread it evenly.
Bake the dough in a preheated oven at 160 degrees for about 20 minutes. Use a wooden skewer to check whether the dough is baked through. Then allow the cake to cool completely.
