Fanta cake with mandarin sour cream Recipe: The cake that speaks

Ingredients:

For the batter:

5 eggs

300g sugar

1 pack of vanilla sugar

350g flour

1 pack of baking powder

125ml neutral oil

175ml Fanta

fat for the tray

 

For the topping:

3 cans of tangerines

600g whipped cream

5 packs of vanilla sugar

3 packs of cream stiffener

500g sour cream

Optional: Cinnamon sugar

Preparation:

Mix eggs, sugar and vanilla sugar until foamy. Mix flour with baking powder and fold into the egg mixture. Slowly pour in the oil and Fanta and stir until a smooth dough forms. Grease a baking tray and spread the dough evenly on it.

Bake the dough in a preheated oven at 150 °C for about 25 minutes until it is golden brown and baked through. Then let the cake cool down.
