Excellent juicy dessert

Ingredients

Dough:

6 egg yolks
250 g kr. Sugar
3 tablespoons water
1 cup oil
100 g flour flour
2 tablespoons cornstarch
1 p. baking powder
2 tablespoons cocoa
6 pieces white
500 ml brewed black coffee

Topping :

2 tablespoons plain flour
200 ml milk
4 egg yolks
4 tablespoons sugar
1 p. vanilla sugar
250g butter
White filling:
4 pieces of white
250 g kr. Sugar
1/2 cup water
Chocolate frosting:
100g chocolate
1/2 cup oil

preparation

Tereen egg yolks with sugar to foam, add 3 tablespoons of water, oil, flour mixed with cornstarch and baking powder. Finally add cocoa and stir. Whip the egg whites until stiff and then mix into the yolk mixture.
Place the prepared dough in a sheet of paper and place in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 20 – 25 minutes.

When the dough is baked, remove it from the oven and cut it in half. Remove one dough from the sheet and leave the other in the sheet. Place the dough in a tray with a fork and polish with coffee. We let him “drink”.
