PREPARATION:
Preparation of the bottom layer:
Grate or grind 250 g of cocoa biscuits and mix with 100 g of melted butter.
Press the mixture into the bottom of the container and let it rest for 15 minutes.
Preparation of the cream layer:
In a bowl, mix the yolks of 4 eggs, 10 g of vanilla sugar and 180 g of sugar.
Mix 700 ml of milk with 90 g of flour in a saucepan and bring to a boil.
Add the sugared egg mixture to the pan and cook until it thickens.
Add 60 g of butter, mix and cool.
Add 120 g of ground cocoa biscuits and 2 bananas cut into rings. Mix well.
Pour the mixture onto the cake base and smooth.
Preparation of the glaze:
Melt 100 g of dark chocolate and 100 g of milk chocolate in the microwave or steam.
Add 25 ml of sunflower oil and mix well.
Pour the glaze over the cake and spread it evenly.
Final decoration:
Sprinkle 70 g of peanuts over the glaze.
Put it in the fridge to cool down.
