Eurocream cake with plasma biscuits and walnuts

Now beat for another minute or two with a mixer at a higher speed until you get a smooth cream.

Add plasma biscuits to the light cream, nuts to the dark cream. Leave in the fridge for at least 1 hour to set the fillings.

The skins are juicy and do not soak them in any liquid.

Apply the dark filling on the first crust

put the second crust and apply the light filling

Flatten the filling nicely and also spread the filling around the cake.

Leave the cake in the refrigerator overnight, for the fillings to set, the crust to soften and the flavors to combine.

Decorate as desired.

note

– if you want to decorate the cake with fondant, put 250 g. margarine in the filling and 150 g each. biscuits and 150 g. walnuts in order to increase the firmness of the filling.
