Eurocream cake with plasma biscuits and walnuts


the crust

6 eggs
8 spoons of sugar
1 dcl. liquid yogurt
1 dcl. oil

6 spoons of flour
3 spoons of cocoa powder
1 baking powder filling

l. of milk
2 puddings with the taste of sweet cream
3 full spoons of flour
100 g. sugar
200 g. butter or margarine

100 g. white Eurocream
100 g. dark euro cream

100 g. ground plasma biscuit
100 g. ground walnuts

and another
3 bags of whipped cream + the amount of milk according to the instructions


Prepare a round baking mold with a diameter of 27 cm. Lightly oil the rim of the mold and sprinkle it with flour, put baking paper on the bottom.

Separate the egg yolks and egg whites and beat the egg whites until stiff.

Beat egg yolks with sugar until they turn white and double in volume.

Add yogurt and oil to the egg yolks, mix, then add sifted flour, cocoa and baking powder.

Mix and gradually add the snow from the egg whites, stirring gently until a light airy mixture is obtained.

Pour into a mold and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 25-30 minutes, it also depends on the oven.
When a knife inserted into the center comes out clean, the crust is done.

Separate the crust from the rim of the mold with a knife and leave to cool. When it cools down, take it out of the mold, separate the paper from the bottom and cut in the middle with a long knife so that you get two crusts.

preparation of the filling

Separate about 150 ml from a liter of milk. put the rest to boil.
Mix the puddings, flour and sugar with the separated milk and cook in the rest of the milk, cook for two or three minutes.
Remove from heat and cover with nylon foil to prevent the crust from sticking. Allow to cool to room temperature.

Beat room temperature butter with a mixer, gradually add gil and gently beat until the mixture is combined. Divide the filling into two parts, put white Eurocream in one part, and dark Eurocream in the other.
