eggnog tiramisu with mascarpone recipe

The eggnog tiramisu with mascarpone is a simple but sophisticated twist on the classic Italian dessert. It combines creamy mascarpone and aromatic eggnog with espresso-amaretto-soaked ladyfingers, ideal for special occasions or as an elegant dessert.

INGREDIENTS

500 g mascarpone
60 g sugar
10 tbsp eggnog
200 g cream

1 packet of ladyfingers
¼ liter coffee (espresso)
2 cl Amaretto
cocoa powder

INSTRUCTIONS

Mix the mascarpone with the sugar well until a homogeneous mass is formed.
Stir in eggnog.
Gently fold in the whipped cream to keep it airy.
Mix espresso with amaretto. Briefly soak the ladyfingers in it.
