I am sharing with you my easy homemade Kinder Délice recipe , with good ingredients and no chemical additives that are bad for your health.
INGREDIENTS
Chocolate sponge cake
4 large eggs at room temperature
110 g sugar
30 g of milk
30 g of neutral oil
60 g flour
30 g unsweetened cocoa powder
1 pinch of salt
3 g baking powder
The soaking syrup
100 g of water
50 g sugar
Vanilla cream
250 g mascarpone
200 g of 30% whole cream
80 g sweetened condensed milk
1/2 vanilla powder or 1 tablespoon vanilla sugar
Chocolate icing
200 g of milk chocolate for baking
100 g dark baking chocolate
60 g grape seed oil or neutral oil
50 milk chocolate for decoration
