Step 1
Heat oil in heavy bottom pot or karahi (wok).
Step 2
Add chicken and cook till colour changes, oil separates.
Step 3
Add ginger-garlic paste and mix well.
Step 4
Add salt, pepper powder, chilli powder and chilli flakes. Mix well.
Step 5
Add tomatoes, mix cover and cook till tomatoes disintegrate and chicken is tender.
Step 6
Whisk yogurt with karahi masala and add. Mix, cover and cook for 7 minutes.
Step 7
Add crushed cumin and coriander seeds along with green chillies. Mix.
Step 8
Add cilantro, mix and serve.
