Ingredients :
(600g) Minced chicken
One onion (150g, grated, water strained)
A quarter cup of parsley (10g)
Three cloves of garlic (12g)
Two tablespoons of breadcrumbs (49g)
A teaspoon of cumin
One teaspoon of paprika
Half a teaspoon of black pepper
Salt to taste
Instructions :
Mix the ground beef, grated onion, parsley, garlic, breadcrumbs, cumin, paprika, black pepper and salt in a bowl.
Wet your hands, shape the mixture into kebabs using a shish kebab skewer and place them on oiled baking paper.
Place the skewers in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
In a pot with vegetable oil, sauté tomatoes, peppers, garlic, salt and black pepper for 5 minutes.
Add a quarter cup of vinegar, stir into a smooth sauce and set aside.
