Drunk Franek cake

Preparation :

We start the cake by preparing the poppy seed and coconut base.
Separate the egg whites from the yolks. Add a pinch of salt to the egg whites and beat until stiff.
While stirring, gradually add sugar and vanilla sugar to the foam.
Mix until a shiny mixture forms. Then add the coconut flakes and poppy seeds. Mix gently with a spatula.
Place the dough on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Place the dough in the oven preheated to 170 degrees Celsius using the” function.
Bake the poppy seed and coconut cake for about 30 minutes. until lightly browned.
Remove the baked base from the baking tray and let it cool.
In the meantime, prepare the pudding mixture. Pour about 250 ml of milk into the pot and add vanilla sugar and sugar. Mix and place on the stove. Bring to a boil.
Add egg yolks and custard powder to the remaining milk. Mix. Pour the resulting suspension into the boiling milk. Stir constantly and cook until a thick custard is formed.
Set aside to cool. Put some in a bowl and grind until light. Then mix with a spoon and add the cold pudding. Finally add the Amaretto and stir briefly.
Spread the cold poppy seed and coconut cake with jam and add the pudding mixture.
Place amaretto-dipped biscuits on top. Pour melted chocolate over the cake to create a stripe.
Place the dough in the fridge to chill for a few hours, mine waited all night.
