Drob with chicken and mushrooms

PREPARATION

Boil the chicken breast and chicken liver until well cooked, then leave to cool.
Clean the mushrooms and gently saute them in a pan until golden.

Finely chop the chicken breast, liver, mushrooms, onion, garlic, parsley and dill.
In a large bowl, mix the chopped ingredients with the raw eggs, spices and dehydrated vegetables.
Preheat the oven to 150°C.
Line a baking tray (30x12cm) with baking paper.
Pour some of the mixture into the prepared pan, spread the hard-boiled eggs evenly across the length of the pan, then cover with the rest of the mixture.
Pour the beaten eggs over the mixture to create a top layer.
Bake in the oven for 60 minutes, or until the crust is firm and golden on top.
Allow the drob to cool in the pan before slicing.
Serve the drob slices warm or cold, according to your preference.
