Ingredients

Dough:
100 g hazelnuts
250g butter
150g brown sugar
1 pinch of salt
5 eggs
150g flour
1 pack pudding powder, chocolate
2 teaspoons of baking soda
2 tsp gingerbread spice
125g milk
Marzipan cream:
150g marzipan
3 tbsp hot water
4 packs of cream stiffener
700 g cream
4 drops of bitter almond or rum flavor
Aside from that:
540 g including jam or jelly (e.g. cherry)
150 g dark chocolate couverture
110g cream
20 dominoes

that’s how it works
Preheat oven to 200 degrees O/U
Place hazelnuts in the mixing bowl. Chop for 10 seconds/speed 10 and transfer
Add butter, sugar and salt to mixing bowl. Beat for 5 min/speed 4. After 1 minute, gradually add the eggs to the mixing bowl. (Let each egg beat for approx. 30 seconds)
Add the nuts, flour, pudding powder, baking powder, gingerbread spice and milk. Fold in for 30 seconds/speed 4.
Prepare the baking tray or stone and fit it with a baking frame and pour in the dough.
Bake the cake for about 20 minutes. Carry out a swab test
