Discover a milk cake recipe, perfect for those times when you want something sweet and delicious.

Preparation Instructions:

Adding the Butter: Reduce the mixer speed to medium and gradually pour the cooled melted butter into the mixture. Continue mixing until the composition is homogeneous.
Incorporating the Dry Ingredients: Add a pinch of salt, some of the sifted flour and 10g of baking powder. On low speed, combine the dry and liquid ingredients.
Adding the Hot Milk: Pour some of the hot (not boiled) milk and mix well. Alternately add the rest of the sifted flour and the hot milk until the dough has a consistency similar to heavy cream.
Baking: Pour the dough into a form lined with baking paper. Level evenly and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 25-30 minutes. Check the cake after 25 minutes; if a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean, the cake is ready.
Cooling and Decorating: Remove the cake from the oven and transfer to a wire rack to cool for 5 minutes, then place on a serving platter. Brush the top with boiled condensed milk and sprinkle ground peanuts on top.
Decoration variant: You can add powdered sugar or use jam instead of condensed milk and coconut flakes instead of peanuts for a different taste.
