Preparation

Preparation: Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Blanch the broccoli florets in boiling salted water for 15 minutes.
Cook the mushrooms: Sauté the mushrooms in butter, olive oil, salt, pepper and chives until they are soft.
Mix the mixture: In a bowl, mix eggs, milk, 4 tablespoons of yogurt, flour, baking powder, salt, pepper and basil.
Assemble the pastry: Drain the broccoli and place in a baking dish. Sprinkle with mushrooms, cover with dough and sprinkle with cheese and breadcrumbs.
Bake: Bake in the oven for 40 minutes or until golden brown.
Prepare the sauce: mix yogurt, garlic, dill and cucumber.
