Diet & Healthy Oatmeal and Apple Cake, without Sugar or Flour

Place the oats in a blender and blend until finely ground. Transfer to a large bowl.
Wash the apples, remove the cores without peeling them, and cut them into small pieces. Put them in the blender and blend until you get a coarse puree. Add this apple mixture to the bowl containing the oat powder.

Add 100 ml of water to the bowl and mix well to combine.
Mash the banana on a plate and add it to the mixture in the bowl. Mix well.
Add the eggs and mix until the mixture is smooth.

Add the cranberries, baking powder, and cinnamon. Mix until well combined.
Grease a loaf pan or silicone cake pan with butter.
Pour the batter into the mold.

Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 40 minutes.
Allow the cake to cool in the pan before unmolding.
Enjoy warm or at room temperature to appreciate all the flavors.

Tip: This cake is ideal for breakfasts or healthy snacks. You can store it for a few days in an airtight container to enjoy it at any time of the day.
