Ingredients
1 kg of cheese from a bucket
6 eggs
660 g sour cream 18%
1 pack of vanilla sugar
2 sugar-free vanilla puddings
180 g of sugar
2 tablespoons of lemon juice
Icing
100 g of dark chocolate
80 ml whipping cream 30%
Additionally
1 package of cherry delicacies
Execution
Put the cheese from the bucket, cream, sugar and vanilla sugar into a bowl. Mix everything at low speed of the mixer, just until the ingredients are combined.
Then, while mixing at low speed, gradually add the eggs, then the pudding powder and lemon juice.
Line a 24 cm diameter cake tin with baking paper and place the delicacies at the bottom.
Pour the cheese mixture slowly into the cake tin, a few spoonfuls at a time at first, so that the delicacies do not float to the top.
