Delicious chocolate and mascarpone cream

Ingredients

4 eggs,
200 g sugar,
100 ml oil,
300 g flour,
100 g coarsely grated nuts,
50 g cocoa powder,
pinch of salt,
150 ml milk,
1 bag of baking powder.
For cocoa cream:
300 g dark chocolate,
300 ml cream.
For white cream:
250 ml foam,
100 g white chocolate,
200 g mascarpone,
2 teaspoons instant coffee (can be skipped).
100 g milk chocolate,
100 ml foam cream.

preparation

Mix eggs, sugar, milk and oil well. Add flour, cocoa, nuts, baking powder and salt. Mix the dough and place it in a 20cm x 25cm
