Delicious Cake with Chocolate and Coffee Flavors – A Melt-in-the-Mouth Delicacy

Method of preparation:

Melt the butter together with the chocolate in a water bath and let the mixture cool.
In a bowl, beat the egg yolks with the granulated sugar until you get a homogeneous foam. Add the sifted cocoa and mix a little.
Add the cooled chocolate and butter mixture to the egg yolk foam and mix well.
In another bowl, whisk the egg whites with a pinch of salt and gradually add the granulated sugar until stiff peaks form.
Gradually fold the beaten egg whites into the chocolate and egg yolk mixture.
Bake the dough in a preheated tray at 180 degrees for 12 minutes.
While the cake is baking, prepare the cream: boil the milk with the coffee beans, then strain it and mix it with the melted chocolate.
Whip the cream with the sugar until stiff, then fold in the chocolate and coffee cream.
Assemble the cake: Cut the top into three equal layers and alternate between layers of top and layers of cream.
Garnish with grated chocolate and leave the cake in the fridge to harden.
