delicious Berlin carnival donuts with vanilla cream recipe

Ingredients 

500 g flour (Type 405)
120g sugar
140 g butter (soft)
1 wf yeast
3 pcs egg yolks
250 ml whole milk
1 pinch of salt
1 pinch of icing sugar for sprinkling
Ingredients for the vanilla filling:
3 pk vanilla sugar
1 pinch of lemon peel (grated)
250 ml milk
80g sugar
150 ml whipped cream
1 pk pudding powder

Preparation:

Place flour in a bowl. Crumble the yeast into the milk, add the sugar and mix everything well. Add to the flour and let rise in a warm place covered with a cloth for about 20 minutes.
Add butter, egg yolk and salt to the dough and knead well. Let rise until double in size.
Roll out on a lightly floured surface to a thickness of approx. 5 cm. Cut out circles about 5cm in diameter and fry them in hot frying fat.
