Danube Waves Muffins Recipe

Danube Wave Muffins are a wonderful way to transform a classic cake into a handy, enjoyable form. They are ideal for parties, cozy coffee gatherings or simply as a sweet gift in between. This recipe makes it easy to conjure up joy in muffin form.

INGREDIENTS

1 class Jar of Morello cherries, drained
1 egg
120 g sugar
1 packet vanilla sugar
80 ml oil

250 ml milk + 2 tbsp for the dark dough
250 g flour
2 tsp baking powder
1 pinch of salt
3 tbsp cocoa powder
Whipped cream and chocolate shavings to decorate

INSTRUCTIONS

Mix the egg, sugar, vanilla sugar, oil and milk until smooth.
Add flour, baking powder and salt and mix well.
Mix half of the dough with the cocoa powder and 2 tablespoons of milk.
