DANUBE WAVE WITH ORANGE AND MANDARIN

INGREDIENTS

Beat:

3 eggs
130g of sugar
130 ml of sunflower oil
130 ml of milk
300g flour
1 pack. baking powder
pinch of salt
200 g semi-sweet orange chocolate (e.g. Ritter Sport “Almond Orange”)
350 g canned mandarins
Crème:
2 packets Paradise cream with vanilla flavor
800 ml of milk (room temperature)
300g butter (room temperature)
2 tablespoons of orange zest
30 ml reserved tangerine juice

Trim:

200g dark chocolate
1 tablespoon of coconut oil
1 orange
50 g semi-sweet orange chocolate (e.g. Ritter Sport “Almond Orange”)

THIS IS HOW IT’S DONE
Preheat the oven to 180°C (top/bottom heat)
For the dough, beat the eggs with the sugar until frothy. Add the sunflower oil and milk and stir. Add the flour, baking powder and salt and incorporate everything to obtain a homogeneous dough.
Spread half the dough onto a greased and floured 30cm x 20cm baking tray and smooth it out. Add the melted orange chocolate to the second part of the dough and mix well. Pour over the light dough, spread it out and garnish with drained tangerines. Important:
