Danish pastries
Filling 1 – Beat margarine with 2 egg yolks until foamy.
Filling 2 – Crumble the cheese and mix it well with the cream.
Filling 3 – Finely chop the onion and cucumbers and mix.
3 .When the dough has doubled in size, spread it out on a floured work surface, knead it and divide it into two equal parts. Separate one part in the shape of a rectangle with a thickness of 0.5 cm.
4 .Then coat the resulting rectangle with half of filling 1, then apply half of filling 2 and half of filling 3.
5 .Roll up the rectangle. The roll is pressed with the hands so that it thins out and takes the shape of a thinner rectangle.
6 .Cut the rectangular roll into triangles.
7 .Arrange the triangles on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and coat them with beaten egg white. Sprinkle with a little sesame.
8 .Heat the oven to 200C and bake the pastry for about 20-25 minutes. While baking the first sheet of the first roll, repeat the process with the second part of the dough.
9 .From this measure, two large traysof sporote come out.
