Crispy pie with cheese and apricot jam

Required ingredients:

Apricot jam (you need 6 spoons of jam for the pie, you can use the rest for other delicacies):
▫ 1200 g of apricots (peeled)
▫ 350 g of sugar
▫ 1 bag of Dr. Oetker jamfix super 3:1
▫ 2 bags Dr. Oetker finesse
bourbon vanilla aroma

Short pastry:
▫ 190 g of butter (cold)
▫ 120 g of sugar
▫ 2 bags of Dr. Oetker vanillin sugar
▫ grated zest of 1 lemon
▫ 3 egg yolks
▫ 300 g flour (soft, smooth)
▫ 1 small spoon Dr. Oetker
baking powder

Cream cheese:
▫ 300 g mascarpone cheese
▫ 150 g Greek apricot yogurt
▫ 130 g sugar
▫ 1 bag Dr. Oetker finesse
bourbon vanilla aroma
▫ 2 spoons of lemon juice
▫ 1 egg + 1 yolk
▫ 20 g Dr. Oetker density
