Creamy Lotus slices

If you are a fan of Biscoff biscuits and the taste of cinnamon and white chocolate, this is the real treat for you…

Required ingredients:

Preparation time: 70 min

Necessary ingredients for 16 pieces:

Pudding filling:
-8 dl whole milk
-3 bags Dr. Oetker Creative pudding,
white chocolate and cinnamon flavor
-170 g sugar
-Biscoff spread 250 g
-10 g Dr. Oetker gelatin powder
– 3 dl whipping cream (cold)

Still needed:
– Lotus Biscoff biscuits
– 150 g of Biscoff spread

Making of:

Separate 1 dl from the total amount of milk, and heat the rest in a suitable pan until it boils. Mix the pudding with sugar and cold milk into a lump-free mixture.
