This dessert is ultra creamy and literally melts in your mouth. To tell you the truth, I felt like I was being cuddled by this dessert because it was so sweet!
You’re starting to know my gourmet side now… So for a little more indulgence, I added a small layer of spread, and it really makes all the difference! This cake is killer. So if you are a fan of chocolate, I invite you to try it urgently!
Chocolate cream
2 eggs
650 g of milk
35 g of cornstarch
60 g of sugar
10g butter
200g dark chocolate
200 g of liquid cream
Feed
1 tbsp of spread
2 packets of Petits Beurres
¼ bowl of milk to soak the biscuits
Decoration
85g dark chocolate
100 g of sugar-free cocoa
