Creamy cheesecake with white chocolate icing

Ingredients

Cookie base

100 g of cocoa biscuits
30 g butter
Curd
3 eggs size L
150 ml whipping cream 30%
500 g of cheese from a bucket
250 g mascarpone
80 g of sugar
1 sugar-free cream pudding
Icing
100 g of white chocolate
60 ml whipping cream 30%
sugar sprinkles for decoration

Execution

Blend the biscuits into fine sand. Melt the butter, add it to the biscuits and mix. Line a 19 cm diameter cake tin with baking paper, pour in the biscuits and knead well. Place in the fridge for 30 minutes.

Put the cheese from the bucket into a bowl, add mascarpone and sugar. Mix until ingredients are combined. While mixing at low speed, gradually add the eggs, then pour in the whipping cream and finally add the pudding. Mix until ingredients are combined. Pour the mixture onto the cookie base.
