Creamy apple roll: the recipe for a simple and fragrant dessert

Preparation:

Cut the apples into cubes and place them in a pan.
Add lemon juice, starch, sugar and cinnamon.
Cook for 5 to 7 minutes, then pour onto a baking tray lined with baking paper.

Beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt and gradually add the sugar. Then add the egg yolks and the oil.
Mix the flour and yeast separately, sift and work into the dough.

Pour the mixture over the apples and spread well.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180° for 20-25 minutes. Then allow to cool.

Now mix the cheese, powdered sugar and cream in a bowl. Whisk with an electric whisk.
Fill the cake with this mixture and add the crushed walnuts.
Roll and decorate with powdered sugar
