CREAM CAKE WITH COFFEE FLAVOR

Ingredients:

For the crusts:

– 3 eggs
– 120 g of powdered sugar
– 2 egg whites
– 120 g of flour
– 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon
– teaspoon of ground coffee
– teaspoon of baking powder

For the filling:

– 100 g of butter
– 150 g of peanut butter
– 2 tablespoons of sugar
– 100 ml of sweet cream

For the topping:

– 100 g of chocolate
– teaspoon of butter
– 2 teaspoons of water
– powdered sugar to taste

Preparation:

Heat the oven to 180 degrees. Beat eggs with sugar. Beat the egg white separately. Mix the flour with cinnamon, coffee and baking powder, then mix it into the eggs together with the egg whites.
