Cream and chocolate cake

Ingredients

Bottom
80 g butter
200 g of cocoa biscuits
Chocolate mass
200 g of mascarpone cheese
200 g of Nutella
Cream mass
200 ml whipping cream 30%
300 g of mascarpone cheese
2 tablespoons of powdered sugar
Additionally
100 g of dark chocolate
70 ml heavy cream
a handful of peanuts

Preparation

1. Crumble the biscuits into sand, add melted butter and mix.

2. Line the bottom of the cake tin (diameter 18 cm) with baking paper. Add the crushed biscuits and knead so that the cookies overlap the edges of the cake tin. Place in the fridge and prepare the chocolate mass.

3. Mix Nutella with mascarpone cheese. Place the prepared mass on the bottom. Set aside in the fridge.

4. Mix the cooled whipping cream with mascarpone and powdered sugar. Pour the prepared mixture onto the cake. Sprinkle the top with chopped peanuts.
