Ingredients
For the dough:
200 g butter
150 g sugar
350 g flour
30 g cocoa
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 egg
For the filling:
270 g butter
300 g sugar
6 eggs
750 g low-fat quark
1 packet of vanilla sugar
1 packet of vanilla pudding powder (for cooking)
For the sprinkles:
100 g butter
75 g sugar
175 g flour
15 g cocoa
0.5 teaspoon baking powder
1 egg
preparation
Preheat oven to 175 °C (top/bottom heat). To make the dough, knead the ingredients together, roll out and place on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
