Country cheesecake, ready to bake in 5 minutes

Ingredients

100 g of semolina (soft wheat semolina)
1 sachet of pudding powder, vanilla
3 eggs
150 g of margarine
200 g of sugar
1 kg of quark (skinny quark)
1 pinch of salt

the preparation of forms

  1. First preheat the oven to 190 degrees. Separate the eggs. Cream the margarine, sugar and egg yolks. Then mix with ricotta, semolina, vanilla sauce powder and salt.
  2. In the evening, whip the egg whites with the remaining sugar until frothy and mix.
  3. Line the bottom of the springform pan with baking paper overnight and grease the edges. Fill the cake. Now just cook the cake in a preheated oven at 170 degrees for about 70 minutes.
