- First preheat the oven to 190 degrees. Separate the eggs. Cream the margarine, sugar and egg yolks. Then mix with ricotta, semolina, vanilla sauce powder and salt.
- In the evening, whip the egg whites with the remaining sugar until frothy and mix.
- Line the bottom of the springform pan with baking paper overnight and grease the edges. Fill the cake. Now just cook the cake in a preheated oven at 170 degrees for about 70 minutes.
