Cornstarch and Condensed Milk Cookies

Ingredients:

1 cup cornstarch
1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
1/3 cup condensed milk
1/4 cup sugar
1 egg yolk
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
Pinch of salt

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, cream together butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
Add the egg yolk and vanilla extract, and mix well.
Gradually add cornstarch, condensed milk, baking powder, and a pinch of salt, and mix until a soft dough forms.
Roll the dough into small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
